Holding a Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, she has augmented her profile with a suite of esteemed certifications, encompassing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) from eCornell, Professional Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Standards Institute, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from Society of Human Resources. These accomplishments underscore her embodiment of principled and visionary leadership.

    Bergmans specializes in the meticulous design and implementation of comprehensive people programs, seamlessly integrating inclusive performance and talent management, competitive total rewards, as well as transformative talent development techniques. Her proficiency in pioneering innovative workplace strategies, combined with adept leadership, expertly steers organizations through intricate reconfigurations and scalable talent architecture enhancement.

    Dr. Hagen specializes in organizational culture, cross-cultural competence and communication, utilizing her extensive research experience across Europe, Central Asia, and the United States to amplify human connections.

    With a distinguished background as Head of Culture and Leader of Inclusion and Belonging, she has spearheaded cultural strategy, engagement and fostered inclusion for renowned brands like Vital Proteins, as recognized in Forbes (2023).

    Coaching
    A certified DiSC facilitator, she harnesses her Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from the Stanford Graduate School of Business to cultivate high performing workplace cultures. She achieves this by elevating communication dynamics and nurturing impactful collaboration through thoughtfully curated workshops and personalized one-on-one coaching sessions.

    Dr. Hagen's coaching experience on communication etiquette and professional image for internationally esteemed institutions like Wilhelmina Models and the Miss Germany Cooperation complements her intercultural communication skill set across all lines of business.

    Scholarly Trajectory and Published Works
    Dr. Hagen's academic voyage traversed four continents culminating in her magnum opus: a doctoral thesis on Cross-Cultural Competence and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Awarded with magna cum laude distinction, this innovative work earned publication through the University of Potsdam Publishing House, Germany. Her academic triumph in the field of Cultural Studies stands as a testament to her adeptness in skillfully deciphering, steering, and leveraging the dynamic forces of diverse cultures.

    Additionally, Dr. Hagen obtained a certificate in Leadership Agility from eCornell and conducted a study on leadership effectiveness for the German Committee of Internal Leadership and Civic Education published in the German Forces "IF magazine."

    On a personal note, Dr. Hagen is a dedicated yogini working towards her RYT 200 yoga teacher certification, reflecting her commitment to holistic growth and most importantly, compassion.
