Co-Founder
Tessa Bergmans is a distinguished HR executive with over thirteen years of dynamic leadership experience across a broad spectrum of industries, including fintech, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and consumer packaged goods. Holding a Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, she has augmented her profile with a suite of esteemed certifications, encompassing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) from eCornell, Professional Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Standards Institute, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from Society of Human Resources. These accomplishments underscore her embodiment of principled and visionary leadership.
Bergmans specializes in the meticulous design and implementation of comprehensive people programs, seamlessly integrating inclusive performance and talent management, competitive total rewards, as well as transformative talent development techniques.
