DiSC is a psychological inventory tool, aka personality assessment. The acronym DiSC represents the four basic personality types: D for Dominant, i for Influence, S for Steadiness, and C for Consciousness.
The tool is used in the workplace to determine preferences and priorities to help you gain self-awareness and awareness of others. For example, have you ever wondered how your team members perceive your communication style in a feedback session or how your feedback could be more impactful? DiSC can help you understand how others see you, as well as how you can adapt your style to be more effective, enhance collaboration, and contribute to an awesome team culture.
What we love about DiSC is that it establishes a safe space and a common language to discuss each other’s differences and helps teams learn to embrace and leverage their diversity for innovation and high performance.

DiSC is not a tool to be used for stereotyping or pigeonholing. Misusing test results to hire and fire or structure entire teams is malpractice.

To use DiSC, you will need to work with a certified DiSC facilitator.
We'll be able to decide which DiSC product fits your current needs.
We can then administer the assessments to you and your team members through the DiSC platform Catalyst. You can access your results online, which we will unpack in a 1:1 session or a team workshop to activate your DiSC knowledge.
